This recipe looked good to me yesterday as I was drooling over Amanda Soules blog. So this morning I gave it a go. I had all the ingredients and it didn't have too much "bad for me" stuff in it. I did realize though that I misread the instructions and used 2 cups of blueberries which was WAY too many. It still tastes great, but a little over berried.
I have no idea what's going on with the picture. It's not supposed to be so mushed.
